What started as a dream became a reality in the year of 1955, when my father, Antonino, arrived in the states from his homeland of Sicily. Growing up in a Sicilian household, my father taught me from a young age the importance of carrying on the traditions of our culture, our family, and of course - food. What better way to end a family meal than with dessert and a nice cup of espresso? A favorite in our household was the beloved cannoli.
My father’s sense of hard work and love for tradition is what inspired me to start Carrello di Cannoli. It’s a little taste of the Sicilian tradition and an experience that can be enjoyed by you and your loved ones; whether it’s around the dinner table or at your next event.
